Submit a completed Form N9 (Notice to End Tenancy) with at least 120 days’ notice, and receive:
A CHEQUE FOR 25% OF ONE MONTH’S RENT
To Qualify:
- Submit a completed Form N9 with proper notice.
- Account must remain in good standing.
- Reward issued once N9 is received 120+ days before lease end.
Note: This incentive is not permitting or proposing an early termination date, only early notice of intention to vacate on proper termination date.

Early Notice Reward FAQ
1. What is the Early Notice Reward?
It’s our way of thanking tenants who give plenty of notice before moving out. Submit a Form N9 (Notice to End Tenancy) at least 120 days before your lease end date, and you’ll receive 25% of one month’s rent as a reward.
2. Does this mean I can end my lease early?
No. This program doesn’t permit early termination. It simply rewards tenants for giving proper notice in advance of their lease end date.
3. How do I qualify?
To qualify:
– Submit a completed Form N9 giving at least 120 days’ notice before your lease end date.
– Your account must remain in good standing with no arrears or lease violations.
4. When will I receive my cheque?
Once your notice is verified, your reward cheque is typically issued within 30 days.
5. Can I participate in both programs?
Yes! You can earn both the Early Notice and Referral Rewards if you meet the requirements for each.
Referral Reward FAQ
1. What is the Referral Reward?
It’s a thank-you to tenants who refer someone new to live with us. When your referral signs a lease and pays their first month’s rent, you’ll receive 25% of one month’s rent as a cheque.
2. Who can I refer?
Friends, family, or coworkers who aren’t already tenants or applicants with The Springer Group.
3. Who can participate?
Current tenants in good standing. Employees and immediate family members are not eligible.
4. What are the requirements for my referral to qualify?
Your referral must:
– Be submitted using the Tenant Referral Form before they apply.
– Successfully complete the company’s standard screening and approval process.
– Sign a lease and pay their first month’s rent in full.
Only the first valid referral submission for an applicant will qualify.
5. When do I need to submit the referral form?
Before your referral submits their rental application. Forms received after the application are not eligible.
6. How long until I receive my cheque?
Cheques are typically issued within 30 days after your referral’s first rent payment clears.
7. Can I refer more than one person?
Yes! You’re welcome to refer multiple people. Each successful referral earns a separate cheque, subject to program approval and availability. A tenant can claim up to 3 rewards in a 12 month period.
All rewards are issued by cheque. Incentives cannot be applied toward rent or account balances.
