Effective, Efficient Service.

From working with families, seniors, students and/or single professionals in our residential units, through to our large commercial and retail clients, The Springer Group of Companies takes responsibility for all aspects of property management and maintenance, freeing up our clients to focus on their lives or their businesses.

We deal with all significant contracted services from cleaning, to snow removal, to HVAC maintenance, parking management, landscaping and elevators etc., ensuring that our clients/tenants have the best possible amenities, services and infrastructure within the community. Due to the size of our ownership portfolio, The Springer Group of Companies is often the largest single contract for many of our vendors, suppliers and maintenance contractors, therefore ensuring a superior level of service for us and our tenants.

Our property management team is more than responsive, and will often take proactive measures to ensure that all infrastructure and contracted services are meeting our standards, including checking in on our tenants in person, over the phone or via email, to ensure everything is satisfactory. And in the case of a sudden issue, or emergency repair, we can respond more efficiently and effectively.

Emergency Service

The following are considered emergencies:

  1. Smoke, fire, or fire alarm activation.
  2. No heat, electricity, or water supply.
  3. Significant leak or flooding.
  4. Locked out of apartment.

For emergency service, call our office at 613-542-7343 and follow the prompts to be transferred to our after hours emergency service operator who will contact the staff on-call.
