As Kingston is now back in the “Green” as of February 10th, 2021 our office remains closed to the public but staff are working in office as usual. Our residential and commercial property teams are able to answer questions and conduct in person or virtual showings of our available units for your convenience.
For existing tenants, if there is a maintenance emergency, at any time 24/7 you can call the office line at 613-542-7343 to be connected to our emergency dispatch.
For those looking to make payments, please consider one of the following options as in-office debit/credit transactions are not currently being accepted:
o Contact our office to receive information on how you can pay online using Tenantpay through your online bank account or using a credit card
o mailing cheque(s) to 159 Princess Street, PO Box 1534, Kingston, ON K7L 5C7
o dropping cash or cheque(s) in a clearly labelled envelope into our secure mailbox located at our office’s main entrance at 159 Princess Street
As information changes we will be quick to send updates out to our tenants to keep them informed. Note that we continue to provide security and maintenance services as required for all of our tenants.
